A Field Service Engineer (FSE) role is for those able to work in challenging mobile water treatment environments and deal with a high level of visibility in the project. Responsibilities includes plant commissioning, operating equipment, system optimisation and maintenance of systems at customer sites. You will manage direct relationships with customers, plant operatives and other field service engineers.

You must hold a science or engineering degree (min: 2:2), a full clean driving licence and an ability to travel internationally without restriction. You must have excellent communications skills and confidence when dealing with people at all levels, in individual or team situations. The ability to manage customer relationships in a day-to-day operational environment is essential. This requires a proactive approach, skills in situational analysis and efficient problem-solving.
Internship roles will provide a broad understanding of the business and our operations whilst utilising your current skill set. Engineering technician candidates must have experience with CAD, 3D CAD &/or Solidworks, whilst successful applicants for lab technician roles will have a physical science degree and lab experience. Knowledge of UV/Vis spectrophotometry is desirable.
